Return for non-personalized items If any item does not meet your satisfaction you must contact us within 3 business days of receiving the order. There is a 15% restocking fee. Shipping cost and return postage cannot be refunded. You must contact us to receive a return authorization number before returning your merchandise. Refunds will not be made without a return authorization number. All returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid freight in their original packaging. Return for personalized items Items that are personalized are not returnable.
